danball senki model kits is actually can be battled...
first there are three kind of battle...
from danball senki products number 001 - 017
they have this kind of game uses the product box..

Now from products number 018 - last products before danball senki WARS
They have game also using those box but in different rules more like turn based RPG style...
Here is the rules in words explanation:
http://playevolution.wordpress.com/2012/...all-senki/
Here is the rules in videos explanation:

You can download the maps for this games here...
http://bandai-hobby.net/lbx/goods5.html#egg
There are also the box print maps from previous game for products number 001-017 there
Just click the red button below the box art...

Now the danball senki W - danball senki WARS product also have one more game...
Called riding sousa...
This game is actually pitting those model kits to fight each other....
We have this riding sousa as a stand base for LBX and using a CCM like RC to control the riding sousa...
It needs of course a riding sousa products...(2000 yen for riding sousa and 2800 yen for riding sousa II)
The different in riding sousa and riding sousa II is The riding sousa II can move backward and that's all...

Now this vids should be explained everything...

That's all danball senki is a lovely model kits..
quite cheap
easy to build
and also have those kind of games above...
It's quite a shame that they do not produce any of those dice on danball senki WARS products...
Even there are some people did not care about the dice...
But...
I'm the one very dissapointed they do not produce dice anymore...
But...
Oh well whatever...

They've been putting off releasing it in North America for some time. Back in 2011 they announced their attempt toward a bigger market. At the last ToyFair sort of event that they were present at in early 2013, the people there said they were still having problems distributing licenses and things. Apparently there IS an English dub out there somewhere, but no one has managed to get it on the internet...

honestly I don't really care about dubs unless the anime is almost entirely unsubbed(like cross fight b-daman)

but im not gonna let myself get addicted to something where I can't get any of the product for a "reasonable" price they need to quit putting it off and release it

Well i dunno alex..
Is there really are no hobby shop in your neighbourhood or somewhere in your country?
To think of it, the model kit prize is reasonable enough (to me) even if i have to buy it from online shop or hobby shop in my town...
Try to compare it with gundam model kit or zoids it is true that they less detailed but at a pretty darn cheap prize compared to those really, but it's detail is also not as bad as the gundam 1st grade model kit....

Take example at this lbx of mine...
The white on the shield and the axe are painted with a marker...
Also the yellow on the axe....
And that's all it needs to be worked on to be an anime accurate Deqoo OZ...
Not much detailing i presume...
But back to your personal preferences I guess...
It's your money so I can't force you hahahaha...

Contrary to popular belief, you CAN actually battle them, there is a game on the box with instructions here they are:

First season danball senki:

And from W onwards:

Edit: also, enjoy a picture of my favorite lbx (nothing has been painted here and most of the white parts are actually white plastic)

http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/201...-nicktoons

There will be an American release of the anime Danball Senki, dubbed "Little Battlers eXperience". It will be in Nicktoons. Dentsu Entertainment will dub the series. One thing that kinda grinds my gears if that they change the names. Why mess with originality? Oh well, at least they kept the opening, "One Dream".

Introduction and Opening

EDIT:

Found a Vietnamese version of Danball Senki but it was voiced over the English dub (Not from Dentsu, it is a different kind that aired on Animax Asia)

Soo... If anyone wants a look at it...
