Dumb/Strange/Etc. ideas for Villains
Over the years, there have been top-notch villains that stood the test of time, like the Joker from Batman, Doc-Ock from Spider-Man, the Wicked Witch of the West from the Wizard of Oz, Bill Sikes from Oliver Twist, MODOK from Iron Man, the giant from Jack and the Beanstalk, the Big Bad Wolf from the Three Little Pigs, the Yamato-no-Orochi from Shinto mythology (though technically it's not human), Lex Luthor from Superman, Blofeld from James Bond, Freddy Krueger from the Elm Street movies, Maleficent from Disney's Sleeping Beauty, etc., etc., etc.

However, other villains, not so much. Some of them seem strange, others are just plain dumb-sounding.

You know that ska band, the Aquabats? They have their own rogues' gallery in their mythos. The villains in there are mostly made to help the band appeal to kids. Take Powdered Milk Man for example. He goes around forcing people to drink powdered milk and try to replace all the real milk in the world with powdered, but not when the Aquabats have anything to say about it! His backstory; in his childhood in Sweden, his father was a dairy farmer but this economic depression forced the family to drink powdered milk in order to save them cash-money. He grew bitter at having to drink powdered milk while everybody else got to drink real milk, especially that from his family's cows. So, he became a super-villain hellbent on vengeance...by making people drink powdered milk. Yeah, this sounds silly, but this guy's meant to be a kid-friendly villain.

Then, there's the rogues' gallery in that Christian superhero show, Bibleman. They're supposed to be evil demons from Hell going about trying to lead people astray from the Lord, and Bibleman and his allies stop them with Bible verses. There's this one villain in there that's unfittingly named the "Wacky Protestor", a nerdy-looking, purple-skinned evil genius using his technological know-how to make trouble, and is the reincarnation of another villain, Primordius Drool, the "Intergalactic Desperado of Destruction" (yeah, right.) who Bibleman fought in the episode "Jesus our Savior". Wacky Protestor also appeared as the main villain in this Bibleman computer game, "A Fight for Faith" (also an episode), in which he creates a virtual world where there's no God and no faith, and it's up to the Bible team to go in there and stop him. There are also other villains in Bibleman, such as the Gossip Queen (with her beams of bitterness and her subordinates Loose Lips and Blabbermouth. She's also played by Maylo Upton, who also voiced the supercomputers UNICE and LUCI), Dr. Decepto (who only appeared in a flashback, and it's possible that he goes around deceiving people), the Fibbler (who makes people tell lies to others, and is invisible and inaudible to everyone except Bibleman himself), and Luxor Spawndroth (who had previously used different aliases such as El Furioso, the Prince of Pride, Dr. Fear, the Shadow of Doubt, and even the Master of Misery and coming back each time as a new villain, before he decided to use his real name.).
