General Beyblade Thread
#41
After months of not buying any Beyblades, I bought a new one today; Hasbro Shogun Steel Thief Phoenix E230GCF, the one with the red metallic-painted Warrior Wheel.

Nice find. I don't like the way that Hasbro re-shaped the Stone Face Bolts, though.

What I wonder is why didn't they make a Mobile "Cyclone Beystadium" and or Zero-G Stadium. But idk if it's possible. And the logo design on the left bottom side of the box of the Beyblade Shogun Steel Mobile Beystadium reminds me of Battle Strikers. They're Battling performance tops that use magnets as launchers that are powered by batteries and you can control them with a Magnet controller you attach onto your fingers.
....Off topic?

Other than that. SONOKONG is making a series that is some what similar to Beyblade. It's called Top Plate. Does anyone know it?

Time to get this topic back up and running with updates!

Not sure if you all know about this but Doji got a new Beyblade in Shogun Steel called "Phantom Fenrir". According to the Japanese Wikipedia article, it was apparently originally called something like "Necromancer Wanrir" ("ネクロマンサーヴァンリル"). "Necromancer Wanrir" is definitely unconfirmed so don't quote on it.

Here are some pictures:

Hopefully Hasbro releases it, along with Berserker Byakko and Guardian Garudas. It looks like it has a Metal Stone Face and uses T125 and B.

ALSO, Metal Fight Beyblade 4D x Zero-G: Ultimate Tournament (the Japanese version of Beyblade: Evolution) was delayed from its original September 26, 2013 release for a winter 2013 release instead.

Metal Fight Beyblade Zero-G Vol. 7 DVD also released yesterday in Japan. It is the last Zero-G volume.

An unaired Zero-G commercial in Chinese.

Daidouji...a necromancer? That sounds so much like Lezard Valeth. A clear choice of Japanese voice actor I must say.

Amongst the 3Bs; my Beyblade collection is currently on a hiatus.

It's a bit weird that there is already a metal wheel called "Phantom" that came with Phantom Orion and Phantom Fenrir's chrome wheel has the same name.

Fenrir is actually the metal wheel. Phantom is the plastic one.
